2. Product Features
1. The multi-curved bulletproof plate is ergonomically
designed into a variety of arc shapes, supplemented by reasonable cutting
angles, which is convenient for tactical actions and comfortable to wear.
2. The product has the characteristics of waterproof,
moisture-proof, anti-aging, anti-deformation treatment, stable bulletproof
performance, and long service life in harsh and rough service environments.
3. The bulletproof performance of the product complies
with the NIJ standard.
4. Product structure: It is made of high-performance
polyethylene fiber weft-free cloth pressed by a special process and wrapped
with composite buffer materials around the insert plate. The appearance can be
coated with waterproof cloth or environmentally friendly polyurea spraying,
which has good waterproof and ultraviolet protection function to achieve
long-term and stable bulletproof performance.
3. Special Ballistic Materials
- Ballistic Material: Aluminium oxide ceramic & UHMWPE composite for self-protection
- Hexagonal Ceramic Bulletproof Plate: Hexagonal design, similar to a honeycomb
structure, can be more closely spliced, reducing gaps, thereby providing
more comprehensive protection, better dispersion of impact force, reducing
the probability of damage to a single piece of ceramic. In addition, this
structure can effectively prevent the secondary damage of debris after the
force, hexagonal design is usually more uniform weight distribution, which
is conducive to the wearer's comfort. Hexagonal bulletproof plate
production costs may be higher, because of the need for accurate cutting
and splicing; installation takes more time and effort and is often used in
situations that require a high degree of coverage and protection, such as
military and special operations protective equipment.
- Silicon Carbide Bulletproof Plate: Because of the lower density of silicon
carbide, it is lighter than aluminum oxide bulletproof plate. It is
lighter in weight, more comfortable for users who wear it for a long time,
and more expensive to manufacture. The production and processing process
of silicon carbide is complex, so its price is high, usually used in
advanced protective equipment. Due to its excellent protective performance
and lightweight design, it is widely used in the military, special forces,
and high-threat environment of personal protective equipment.
4. Applications
Applications: Bulletproof plates are being widely used for
bulletproof vests, ballistic shields, school backpacks, bulletproof walls and
doors, vehicle armor, vessel armor, and more.
5. Ballistic Protection Performance
Ballistic Protection Performance: Cellum and .44 Magnum, multi-hits capabilities (for
details, please check NIJ-STD-0101.06 level IIIA /III / IV against threats like
5.56mm and 7.62mm AP / API and handgun threats like 9mm Parabellum).

7. Ballistic Material and Construction
- Ballistic Material: Ceramic & laminated UHMW-PE backing plate for Rifle Protection,
UHMWPE for Pistol Protection
- Construction:
- ICW (In Conjunction With): Means the hard armor plate has to be used
along with a level IIIA or lower threat soft armor panel to perfectly
protect against the III/IV rating rifle threats, which is actually
lighter than SA plates but not tough enough.
- SA (Stand Alone): Means the hard armor plate can protect against the III/IV rating
rifle threats without any soft armor panels.
8. Sizes and Outer Cover Processing
- Plate Sizes (Width×Length):
- For Torso: 250mm×300mm (10×12″), 280×360mm (11×14″) / custom size
- For two sides: 150×150mm (6×6″), 150×200mm (6×8″), 200×200mm (8×8″)
/ custom size
- For vehicle/wall /vessel armor: 500×500mm, 700×700mm, 1100×1100mm,
1500×1500mm / custom size
- Plate Curvature: Multi-curved
- Plate Cut Style: Shooters cut / Square cut / SAPI cut / ASC / upon request
- Outer Cover Processing:
- Textile cover: Durable black colored waterproof nylon fabric padded
with foaming cloth on the edges of the plates (Cost Effective option)
- Advanced anti-spalling Line-X (polyurea) coating finish all around
the plate surface which provides matchless fragmentation/ shrapnel
absorption performance without secondary damage (Premium option)
9. Maintenance Notes After Use
1. Check each main part and function normally after each
use.
2. When not in use for a period of time, the dust on the
surface of the Bulletproof Vest shall be removed by patting. The Bulletproof
Vest shall be placed flat in a cool and dry place to avoid creases in the
bulletproof sheet, resulting in the decline of service performance.
3. After use in a wet environment, it must be dried
before storage.
4. The bulletproof plate that has not been used for a
long time should be stored in a cool and dry place. Put a package of
moisture-proof agent in the package, regularly drying and maintenance to
prevent the surface from being wet, moldy, mildew. Once mildew is found, it
should be dried and removed immediately.
